ABOUT US

Based in Seattle, The Inkroot Project is a student-led nonprofit seeking to spread the transformative power of creative writing.

Our goal is to connect young people to the power of creative writing, which we believe is vital to self-expression, effective communication, and social change. We seek to help the unique voices of each young writer flourish on the page, and we seek to provide young writers with the literary tools to verbalize their experiences, hopes, and dreams.
